Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of LahoreSecurity.pk and your submission of enquiries through our website and related communication channels.

In these terms, “LahoreSecurity.pk,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the website or making an enquiry.

Please read these terms before submitting a request. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our enquiry services.

1. Purpose of the Website

LahoreSecurity.pk provides information about security services in Lahore and helps individuals and organisations communicate their security requirements.

Enquiries may concern armed or unarmed guards, residential and commercial guarding, event security, personal protection, security consultancy, and other services described on the website.

Website information is provided to help you understand available service categories and request further details. A service description does not, by itself, confirm availability, constitute a quotation, or create a security-service agreement.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or request a service arrangement through this website.

If you contact us on behalf of a business, organisation, property owner, or another person, you must have authority to provide the relevant information and make the request.

You must not impersonate another person or submit an enquiry using someone else’s contact details without authorisation.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message, making a telephone call, or requesting a quotation does not automatically confirm a booking or reserve security personnel.

Any proposed arrangement remains subject to assessment of the requirements, personnel availability, location, schedule, applicable requirements, and agreement with the identified service provider.

Please provide accurate information about:

  • The location and nature of the assignment.
  • The type of security support required.
  • The proposed start date and duration.
  • The required shifts or hours of coverage.
  • The approximate number of guards or posts.
  • Relevant site conditions and foreseeable risks.

Changes to these details may affect the proposed scope, availability, and price.

An acknowledgement of your enquiry is not acceptance of an assignment. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant provider expressly accepts it under the agreed booking procedure.

4. Identification of the Service Provider

Before you enter into a security-service agreement, the business responsible for delivering the service must be identified.

Where we propose an introduction to an independent security agency, we will explain the introduction and obtain your permission before sharing your personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

An introduction alone does not make the website operator the employer of the agency’s personnel or a party to its service contract.

The relevant provider’s written agreement should identify its responsibilities, personnel arrangements, supervision, charges, and complaint procedures. We remain responsible for our own representations, actions, and obligations under applicable law.

5. Service Agreements and Deployment

The details of an actual security assignment should be recorded in a separate agreement with the identified provider.

Depending on the assignment, that agreement should address:

  • The contracting parties and service location.
  • The duties and limits of the assignment.
  • Staffing levels, shifts, and working hours.
  • Supervision and reporting arrangements.
  • Equipment and any legally required permissions.
  • Start date, duration, and renewal arrangements.
  • Charges, payment dates, and applicable taxes.
  • Absence cover, replacements, and escalation procedures.
  • Cancellation, refunds, liability, and insurance arrangements.

These website terms do not replace that agreement or independently authorise deployment.

Requests involving armed personnel remain subject to applicable licensing, authorisation, and lawful operational requirements.

6. Prices and Payments

Any general pricing displayed on the website is indicative unless expressly presented as a binding offer with its applicable conditions.

The final quotation may depend on the assignment location, staffing, hours, duration, duties, equipment, and other agreed requirements.

Before making payment, confirm the provider’s identity, the agreed scope, the amount due, and the authorised payment recipient. Any fee charged by LahoreSecurity.pk for its own services must be disclosed and agreed before it becomes payable.

Additional work or changes to an assignment may require a revised quotation and agreement. These terms do not authorise undisclosed charges.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

You can withdraw an unconfirmed enquiry by contacting us.

Once a booking or paid arrangement is accepted, changes, cancellation charges, notice periods, and refund eligibility are governed by the terms disclosed and agreed for that arrangement, subject to applicable law.

These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable payment condition.

If you need to change or cancel an assignment, contact the provider promptly using the details in your booking confirmation. If the issue concerns a fee charged directly by LahoreSecurity.pk, contact us using the details below.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly communicating material changes to your requirements.

For an actual assignment, responsibilities relating to site access, safe working conditions, relevant permissions, and disclosure of known risks should be agreed with the provider.

You must not request unlawful conduct, intimidation, harassment, unauthorised surveillance, unlawful detention, or misuse of weapons or authority.

Please do not submit alarm codes, passwords, access credentials, identity documents, or detailed security vulnerabilities through an initial website enquiry. Any necessary sensitive information should be shared through an agreed method.

9. Security Outcomes and Emergencies

Security measures are intended to manage and reduce risk. They cannot guarantee that theft, injury, damage, disruption, or other incidents will never occur.

This does not remove a provider’s duty to perform its agreed responsibilities or any obligations imposed by applicable law.

Our website and enquiry channels are not emergency-response services. Do not rely on a website form, email, or WhatsApp enquiry for immediate assistance. In an emergency, contact the appropriate police, rescue, or emergency authority.

10. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

  • Submit fraudulent, abusive, or deliberately misleading enquiries.
  • Use the website for unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to access systems or information without authorisation.
  • Upload malware or interfere with website operation.
  • Collect personal information from the website without permission or another lawful basis.
  • Copy or present our content in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
  • Use enquiry channels to send unsolicited advertising or spam.

We may restrict access or decline enquiries where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect systems, or comply with legal obligations.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by LahoreSecurity.pk or used with permission, except where otherwise identified.

You may view and print content for personal reference or internal evaluation of services. You may also link to publicly accessible pages in a lawful and non-misleading way.

You must not reproduce, sell, republish, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party names, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not, by itself, establish endorsement or partnership.

12. Information Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and relevant. Service descriptions, availability, and other details may change.

Please confirm information material to your decision before entering into an agreement. We may correct errors and update website content, but changes do not automatically alter an existing accepted agreement.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, network issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. External Websites and Services

The website may link to third-party websites, maps, communication platforms, or service providers.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not automatically constitute a guarantee of their content or performance.

This does not exclude responsibility for any specific representation or obligation that we undertake ourselves.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please review that policy to understand how enquiry details are used, when information may be shared, and how to submit a privacy request.

Acceptance of these terms does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking.

15. Responsibility and Liability

Each party remains responsible for its own actions and obligations under applicable law and any agreement it enters into.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate information you provide, unauthorised misuse of the website, or an independent third party’s conduct for which we have no legal responsibility.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or lawful remedies. Responsibility for an actual security assignment is determined by the relevant agreement and applicable law, rather than a general website disclaimer.

16. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint concerning the website, an enquiry, or an introduction, contact us with a brief explanation and relevant correspondence.

For a complaint about an actual security assignment, also contact the provider identified in your service agreement.

We will review matters relating to our own role and seek a reasonable resolution. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising any right to approach a competent authority, consumer forum, or court, and does not extend any applicable legal deadline.

17. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, including relevant laws in Punjab.

Disputes may be brought before courts or forums having lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms restricts a mandatory right to use a consumer forum or another legally available remedy.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, enquiry process, or applicable requirements.

The revised version will appear on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change an accepted booking or service agreement.

Where a change to an existing arrangement requires notice or agreement, the relevant process must be followed.
